What educational paradigm?: conscientisation

Rationale: This educational paradigm aims at sculpting MBA graduates to deliver a specific kind of future, that is, a WOIG future. The educational challenge is to develop a practical conscience-based critical awareness of the values and ideals of a WOIG. It is this conscience that drives obligation and responsibility - the business leader's core strength to deliver acts of wisdom, love and courage.

Business leaders who can apply the Social Contract with Business.
Rationale: To sculpt leaders who can lead the turn-around from a world of destructive globalisation to a world of inclusive globalisation - on the global stage, and in any country and in a any sector of human endeavour.

The postmodern MBA is a radical departure from today's MBA. From a critical metasynthesis of +1000 wisdoms from today's leaders and thinkers from around the world, a new educational philosophy, termed 'conscientization', emerged, which is aimed at developing global game changers - professional business leaders, capable of delivering humanity's global sustainability mandate.
